Dental implants have revolutionized 30A Smiles’ treatment options for patients with terminal dentitions. In the past, patients faced with losing their teeth were in the life-changing situation of having to wear dentures, which are notorious for being loose and ill-fitting.
Now, Dr. Derek Fleitz and Dr. Lindsey Hoppe are able to use dental implants in combination with advanced technology to provide patients with brand new teeth that are fixed in place and anchored by implants, in many cases on the same day that their failing, natural teeth were extracted. It is truly life-changing, and one of the most exciting advances in dentistry today.
A new, beautiful smile in just one day
Using state-of-the-art technology, All-on-4 treatment replaces traditional dentures, which can be uncomfortable, inconvenient, and poorly fitted. All-on-4 turns problematic chewing and speaking into relics of the past.
Using only four dental implants to attach a full dental restoration, Dr. Fleitz and Dr. Hoppe can give you the stable, functional, and cosmetic solution you've been looking for. Best of all, your dentures can be placed on the same day as your implants, so you don't have to wait to get the restored smile you deserve.
The Benefits of All-on-4
- Because All-on-4 allows full-arch restoration with only four implants, your treatment and recovery time are greatly reduced.
- All-on-4 lowers the need for bone graft surgery while ensuring greater stability in the existing bone. It can even be used for patients who have been told they do not qualify for implants due to bone loss.
- The All-on-4 solution is more comfortable than traditional dentures because All-on-4 implants are more secure and feel like natural teeth.
- There is no need for denture adhesive!
"I have written this letter for two months. It has been shredded, tossed, crossed out, etc. Words seem so inadequate as I try to express my love, gratitude and thanks to you for all you have done for my daughter. The amazing thing to me--is you continued to show her all the love, respect and care when she wasn't always the easiest patient to work with or deal with. This never stopped you nor did it even cause you to hesitate. That is totally amazing to me!
You have given my daughter so much! She is so proud of her smile, her mouth, her teeth. It is the first time in probably her entire life where she can be proud of how she looks. She doesn't have in the back of her mind that her teeth might fall out. She no longer hides her "teeth" under the sink or in a cupboard in fear of someone coming into her bathroom. Due to all your intense professional work and love (huge quantities of love), she has developed a strong sense of confidence. She is proud of how she looks. This wouldn't have happened without you. You gave her so much. More than I can ever state. You kept your promise that things would be okay and she would have a great smile. She will respect you to her dying day as you kept your promise. As I said, my words are so inadequate! All I know is due to your kindness, love, patience, understanding, and eternal optimism my daughter is a better person! You have given her the gift of self-confidence, shown her that love comes in yet another form, AND that people do keep their promises. Now, my prayer is that she can take all the gifts (they were incredible gifts) you gave her and reciprocate them over 1,000 times. Thanks for everything!" - a happy parent
All-on-4 at 30A Smiles
All-on-4 is an advanced procedure that requires a great deal of planning, and a multi-disciplinary team of doctors and support personnel in order to be done well. At many dental practices, a standard diagnostic work up for All-on-4 begins with a CT scan, or 3D image of the patient’s head, jaws, teeth, and associated structures. Next, a dental surgeon, who will actually do the surgery to remove the old teeth and place the dental implants into the jaw bone, must work in close collaboration with a restorative dentist, who makes the brand new teeth which will be anchored onto the implants. A dental laboratory technician is also needed to fabricate the teeth and incorporate the implant components into them.
In many cases, a patient would be traveling all over town, making appointments to have all the phases of work done in all the different treating providers’ offices. We are proud that we can provide all of these services in the comfort of our office. Dr. Fleitz is vastly experienced in dental surgery, while Dr. Hoppe manages the restorative portion. They work together in collaboration with our skilled in-house laboratory technician to produce the best possible outcomes for our patients, all in the comfort of our Inlet Beach, FL dental office.
All-on-4 is a highly complex treatment procedure that requires a good deal of education and experience before proficiency is achieved.
